Maintenance review

Brandon, from the maintenance crew, is absolutely fantastic! Prompt, extremely nice, and very professional. I’m so glad he was the one to work on my maintenance request.

New move-in

4.5/5! The process was very simple when it came to the application and the staff was always friendly and helpful! Having a carport as well as in-unit washer and dryers was a big deal for me and this community has both! Move-in day came and was a great experience. The amenities in this apartment as well as in the community have to be the best around for the price you pay. Fantastic value! So far I am extremely happy with my choice to move here. (3/5 stars for maintenance because of no interaction) I will update accordingly after my interactions with maintenance! The reason I would say 4.5/5 instead of the full 5/5 is due to the chipped paint and as well as dated looking exteriors (mainly with the stairs and railings). With fresh paint this is surely a 5/5.

All I can say is WOW! Two pools, two tennis courts, and chill amenities (gym/sauna). This has been a great place to raise our two dogs. Max and Bruno- sadly my wifes father past away and left us the house so we had to leave. The management is hardworking and told me they plan on doing some more good things for the local community. Really good distance to UT too. Was worried I wouldn't be able to pay for college, but living here made it possible with the reasonable pricing and deals they run.

I was in search for a new apartment and this complex exceeded ALL of my expectations! I really was looking for something with a washer and dryer included as well as big rooms, yet here they took it a step further. All of the apartments come with a washer/dryer setup, a fireplace AND patio/balcony’s.The apartments themselves let in so much natural light during the daytime no lamps are even needed (yay low electricity bill)! The rooms themselves are so spacious...

Country Club Apartments is hands down, one of the areas best in both location and amenities. Providing luxurious accommodations on a golf course setting that can't be beat. The entire staff, from the office to maintenance, has been nothing short of friendly and helpful in all aspects. Certainly an A+ rating!

I moved in at the beginning of January and everything has been great! The office and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and they made move-in a breeze. The fitness center and the fact that they have two pools on property are an added bonus.
